TopCashBack — handling untracked cashback

If for some reason, you purchased something online and TopCashBack did not track your order do not panic. They have awsome support that will help you find your cashback.

Here are the steps:

1. Visit the corresponding link below that will redirect you to the first step to submitting a missing cashback claim:

2. Click on “ Lodge Missing Cashback Claim” which will take you here:

Click “I understand, continue”

3. Make sure you read the information listed on that page and then continue.

4. Then provide accurate information.

• Select the type of missing cashback for your case.
• Select the online retailer that you made the order from.
• Select the date when you made the order.
• Select the category of the product you purchased.
• Enter the price of your order.

5. Click “Next” and you are done. Now you just have to wait :)
